Policies for review

Ordering, payment, shipping, and returns

Working policy language adapted from the current paper catalog. Review the final wording before launch and update it as Square, shipping, and pickup procedures are finalized.

Catalog and custom requests

Submitting a catalog or custom request does not confirm an order. Availability, materials, final price, production time, fulfillment, and payment requirements are confirmed before work begins.

Personalized-order deposits

Personalized and fully custom work may require a 50% deposit before materials are purchased or production begins. The remaining balance is due before shipment or release for pickup unless another schedule is agreed in writing.

Proofs and corrections

A completion photo or design confirmation may be shared when appropriate. Corrections are limited to differences from the approved wording or agreed design; handmade variation is expected.

Cancellations and personalized returns

Personalized work generally cannot be returned or canceled after materials are committed or production begins. Any approved cancellation refund may be reduced by completed labor, purchased materials, or other nonrecoverable costs.

Non-personalized returns

Eligible non-personalized items may be considered for return within 15 days in unused, original condition. Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item was materially incorrect or arrived damaged.

Shipping and damage

Full payment, including applicable shipping, is due before dispatch. Tracking is provided when available. Damage or a materially incorrect order should be reported promptly with clear photographs of the item and packaging so an appropriate remedy or carrier claim can be reviewed.

Customer-provided details

Customers are responsible for confirming exact spelling, dates, colors, sizes, addresses, and other submitted details. Bee’s Little Studio is responsible for following the final approved information.

Estimated prices

Website estimates do not include tax, shipping, upgraded vessels, unusual materials, rush work, or changes outside the listed catalog options. The final Square checkout, estimate, or invoice controls the amount due.
